When set to JOB CODE, the user's Survey will be attributed to all employees who have the same JOB CODE as the user.

When set to JOB TITLE, the user's Survey will be attributed to all employees who have the same JOB TITLE as the user. For example, a user who is a"tester" can fill out the survey for all employees who are also "tester".
